Your Details
When placing an order on our site we will only request details from you that are pertinent to that order. We will not sell or disclosure your details to any third party.
Payment
Items must be paid for in full, prior to delivery. If the item is bespoke, works commence only once full payment is received.
Ownership and Title
Chain of title shall not pass to the customer, until payments have been received in full, in cleared funds. If payment is to be made via finance or leasing, chain of title shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full. If for any reason a payment is not received in full at the designated account of UberCoolHome.com once a delivery has been made UberCoolHome.com reserve the right to repossess the goods.
Cancellation
When a customer orders an item that has any custom aspects relating to it, for example the colour, they agree to be bound by that order and realise that due to the bespoke nature of the item they are not subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
Standard items listed on the site that do fall under the Distance Selling Regulations can be cancelled only if a notice of cancellation is made (either by post or email) within 7 working days of the day of the delivery of the goods. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they exercise this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered. Please note: The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if they aren't returned in the condition that they were supplied. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned goods.
Delivery
To ensure items are delivered to the customer in superb condition shipments are handled via our selected carrier. If a customer wishes to arrange their own delivery, UberCoolHome.com will not be held responsible for the item once it has been collected. Promises of delivery dates are made in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen circumstances arising. Delivery dates are based on stock availability and/or customisation time. Due to this sometimes items may arrive later than the prospected delivery date. Refunds will not be given purely because the item may arrive later than expected. Any refund or partial refund is at the discretion of UberCoolHome.com
Arcade Machines Sold
We sell a select choice of machines including, but not limited to brand new stand alone cabinets, multigame arcade systems and refurbished arcade machines.
With all of our machines the product sold comprises only of the physical hardware. At no point is software of any kind whatsoever sold. If applicable software is installed free of charge at the customers request. UberCoolHome.com does not condone copyright theft.
When installed, a coin mechanism is provided to be used at the sole discretion of the customer. The installation of a coin mechanism does not mean that UberCoolHome.com condones its use.
We act as the premier distributor for a wide range of machines. We do not manufacture machines. All machines are created by their relevant manufacturers and retailed by ourselves in good faith. We also act to refurbish machines to restore them to their former glory.
General
If any part of these Terms & Conditions, are found to be invalid by any competent authority, then this shall not affect the rest of the Terms & Conditions, which shall stay in force.
The customer shall exercise due diligence in protecting the copyrights in the goods, so far as it lies in its power.
UberCoolHome.com does not accept any liability for damage to items as a result of misuse.
Any complaints should be made in writing to UberCoolHome.com, within 7 days of delivery.
Act of God
UberCoolHome.com shall not be held liable if it shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason due to reasons beyond our control.
Law
These terms & conditions shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
