Are My Details Safe?
Our site utilises a secure certificate to ensure that your address details are entered in a secure environment. For added security when paying by debit/credit card your card details are processed and handled by HSBC through their highly secure system.


Details are taken only for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Your details will never be relayed or sold to any third party.

How Can I Make Payment ?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our HSBC merchant account.


By transferring funds from your bank account to ours. Details are available on request.


By sending in a cheque. Please note that our policy is to not start to process a cheque order until the money has been deposited in our account for a minimum of 7 working days. This is to protect against fraud and cheque cancellations.


Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full.

Where Do You Ship & How Much Does It Cost?
We ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. For all mainland locations that are easily accessible, there is no added delivery charge. For remote mainland locations, buildings with poor access and offshore parts of the UK there may be an extra charge for delivery. Please contact us for details if you have a query on delivery.

How Soon Do You Ship?
For custom made pieces please allow 7 to 21 days to fulfil your order. If you need your item for a certain date please get in touch and we shall do our utmost to meet your deadline.


Standard stock items are shipped within 3 working days of your order being placed. Due to the typical size of our items being greater than that handled by the post office and standard couriers we use a specialist carrier. The rules of this carrier is that your item will be delivered to your door (unless details on the item state otherwise). If you require assistance with your item in your home please contact us for details as there will be an extra charge.


For deliveries we're unable to provide a time slot, but we can provide an AM or PM delivery for a surcharge of £15.


We will always endeavor to keep you up to date on the status of your order.


We have agents in various countries. If you've seen an item you like and you're not based in the UK please get in touch for a delivery quote.

Price
The prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. You will receive a VAT receipt for your order that will be emailed and/or posted to you once your order is complete. Prices are quoted in UK pounds.

Cancellation/Returns
When a customer orders an item that has any custom aspects relating to it, for example the colour, they agree to be bound by that order and realise that due to the bespoke nature of the item they are not subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.


Standard items listed on the site that do fall under the Distance Selling Regulations can be cancelled only if a notice of cancellation is made (either by post or email) within 7 working days of the day of the delivery of the goods. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they exercise this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered. Please note: The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if they aren't returned in the condition that they were supplied. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned goods.
